What a day.

Our annual instructor event is officially in the books, and this team absolutely crushed it.

We ran, trained, taught, pushed ourselves, and raised the standard together.

The best part was the energy. Hard work, big smiles, plenty of laughs, and a team constantly encouraging each other.

Our students deserve instructors who are committed to growing too.

Proud of this crew. 🥋🔥

Adult Masters Club trying some double stick sparring!

We've got two arms, why not use them? Incredibly proud of how well everyone picks up the advanced weapons we throw their way. When champions get challenged, they push until they win!

We had one of our monthly team physical trainings today! 💪

We kicked things off with a 2-mile run, followed by some Kali training. Always a good day when we can push ourselves, learn something new, and train together as a team! 🥋
