We’ve been so busy dancing that our social media took a back seat… but not for long! Get ready for a blast of posts coming your way! Early in May, some of our dancers travelled to Princeton for the NYCDA regional. The main focus was taking fabulous classes with the industry's best, but they also had a little time to excel in the competition phase!

Michael Mallozzi was second in the senior solo division. He also snagged an Outstanding Dancer nomination and won a regional convention scholarship for tap.
Reese Polk was 11th in a very strong teen solo division.
We had two outstanding duets place in the teen duo-trio division. Jump with Olivia Mayer and Michael were 4th. Michael and Harper Holloway took first with When You're Gone. Harper won the JoJax Award and a regional convention scholarship for tap. Madeline also received a regional convention scholarship for tap and was a mini runner up for Outstanding Dancer.
In the mini solo division, we had two place in the top ten: Harper was 4th and Madeline Rodier was 3rd.
We took two groups and both placed in the top ten and both were nominated and selected as Critics Choice winners. Dancing in the Country was the top tap group in the junior division and placed 3rd Overall. Drake was 7th Overall in the teen division.

Amazing weekend at the Legacy East Brunswick regional competition! Super honored to receive the ADCC Studio of Excellence Award, a prestigious honor given to one studio that demonstrates high standards of excellence, sportsmanship and camaraderie. We also received the Studio Standout Award for Artistry in all styles. In addition, Legendary status was given for near perfect performances. There were only 7 given out all weekend and we received four of them! Congrats to Gia, Kallie, Gia and Madeline, and Michael! Individual results will come tomorrow!
