Tonight we celebrated the end of spring aau basketball season at Heritage Hill Brewery in Pompey, NY. We had great views on the patio🥂, as we celebrated the girls many accomplishments this season and acknowledged the major growth and development that occurred. Thank you to the parents and the athletes for a wonderful spring season. 🏀

Synergy Hoops wrapped up its spring season with the Zero Gravity The Challenge Tournament in Westchester, NY. Both the 14u and 15u teams advanced to the championship, demonstrating remarkable skill and teamwork. The 14u team went 2-2, navigating a challenging schedule, while the 15u team posted a 2-1 record, losing narrowly in the championship game by just two points. This season was filled with excitement and notable growth, and the girls' performance was truly impressive.

Thanks to Eclipse Environmental Services LLC and our prior fundraising the Synergy Hoops teams had the opportunity to participate in a training session at the Brooklyn Basketball Training Center. They also had the opportunity to attend a New York Liberty game and go down on the basketball court to welcome the visiting team The Washington Mystics.

This weekend was earned, not given 💪🏼

It’s heating up 🔥 so we thought we’d release our new uniforms for next season which include two sets of jersey tops, shorts and a Nike elite backpack.

Great weekend in Lake George with both 14u and 15u winning the championship! The girls played great competition, had competitive games and persevered to win it all! Congratulations to both teams!

This past weekend, Synergy Hoops 15u took part in the Prep Girls Hoops Northeast Regionals Finals in Massapequa, NY, showcasing outstanding athletic ability and a strong competitive spirit. Despite experiencing extremely close and tough losses, the team demonstrated growth with each game. Up next, our teams will participate in the battle of the best tournament in beautiful lake george.

Tonight, Synergy Hoops is fitting in a practice session before 15u departs for Long Island to compete in The Prep Girls Hoops Northeast Regional Finals. Given the day's pleasant weather, an outdoor practice seemed like an ideal choice.
