Father's day looks different for everyone. 🖤

Some people are fathers, some have fathers, some have father figures and some aren't close at all to their father or lost them young. Wherever you are with it, Happy Fathers Day 🙏

My father is another reason why I do what I do. We never talk and I am not close to him, but my experience brought me to do what I do today.

Some updates on the gym and excited for some upcoming events.

Just getting into the gym is the hardest part, but then the confidence comes.

Once you have that, consistency gets easier, making it a priority seems more imprtant and the results follow. 🙌

Strength training is about confidence.

And it builds much faster than muscles. We have seen people come in extremely intimidated, and literally the same day when they walk out are 100% more confident in themselves and what they can do.

That is what keeps people motivated.

You HAVE to workout 6 days a week to see progress...

No, you don't.

Consistency beats excess everytime.

2-3 days a week of 45min to 1hr strength training session will get 90% of people 100% of the goals they are looking to achieve.
