Spring Racquetball League Reminder

2026 Kent Commons Spring League Monday Evening
Flex League round robin format, play multiple games against multiple players in your skill level each league night. Play as many or as few games between 5pm - 9pm. You don't have to stay the entire time. Including playoffs, league runs for 12 weeks. To qualify for playoffs, you must play a minimum of 30 games and finish in the top 8.

1-YOUR THOUGHTS….keep repeating it over and over again and it becomes your pattern, your behavior, your identity, and your personality….as u believe it.

2-Now TRAIN YOUR THOUGHT ( listen and pick one) for 30 DAYS BY WRITING IT DOWN, SAYING IT REPEATEDLY, VISUALIZING IT.

There is no silver bullet here. The brain wires and rewires with repetition. So if you’ve tried to become more positive but aren’t seeing change- KEEP REPEATING. Change doesn’t happen over night. If you are visualising a more confident version of you but don’t feel it yet- keep going!! Change doesn’t happen overnight If you are rewiring a belief that hasn’t been serving you- stay on course. Change doesn’t happen overnight. Our beliefs are stories we have repeated enough times that they become so certain. It can feel slow or frustrating at times, but the brain is plastic. So the more you shape it, the more you repeat, the more results you will see.
