July is for recovery. ☀️🏃
After a strong spring and early summer of training and racing, TCRC is taking the month to recharge, run easy, and enjoy some unstructured miles.
Rest is part of the process, and we’re embracing it before gearing up for another season of hard work.
We’ll be back in August, laying the foundation for a strong fall racing season. 🔥
