FORM TIP: Twisted Cannonball Edition

Make sure:
• Your hips are staying level with your shoulders while in a tabletop position
• Shoulders are staying stacked over the wrists, while your upper body remains stable
• Feet stay crossed to force a slight rotation in the hips
