Our Breakfast Club members love this drill!

• One player starts on each block with a ball on a chair
• Coach says a players name, that player is the designated shooter
• The other player has to chase around the chair to try and get a good contest
• First to 5 3’s is the winner!

How do you prepare a 40% 3-point shooter for his next professional season? You push the mind and the body. Here’s the drill ⬇️

1. Touch the opposite baseline after every shot. No standing around.
2. Make 2 in a row from one spot. In this video, it’s the wing.
3. Hit a bonus shot from a different spot. Here, it’s the slot 3.
4. Make all 3 in a row and that’s 1 set. You need 2 sets to switch with the rebounder.
5. Run it from 5 different spots and watch your 3-point percentage skyrocket.
