What an incredible weekend at SDG Athletics hosting the Kettlebell Workshop and 2-Day Clubbell Certification with Victor Rowse.

Two days of learning, refining technique, challenging old habits, and building a deeper understanding of movement. From foundational kettlebell mechanics to the flowing power of the Clubbell, every rep was an investment in becoming a better coach, athlete, and human.

A huge thank you to Victor for sharing his knowledge, passion, and decades of experience with our community. And thank you to everyone who showed up ready to learn, ask questions, and put in the work.
