This October, Flow Vault is hosting a Spooky Speed Month!

Each week, we will post the order of Halloween images you must touch in order to complete that week’s Spooky Speed Challenge. The images won’t move all month, but the gym is always changing. All skill and age levels are welcome and leaderboards will be posted in the gym each week. Complete the challenge every week of October and win a limited edition Flow Vault key chain!

Recently Flow Vaults first ever Parkour Rec Team took on their first Skills Showcase! These young athletes have been taking their Parkour fundamentals and demonstrating how to efficiently flow through their environment and unlock their physical and mental potential. This program gives talented young athletes a taste of the team side of Parkour and helps them see what's possible. More action shots to come!

Huge congrats to all of our rec team kids for completing their first session with us. Team members competed in a 5 session intensive, focusing on competition, all culminating in an inhouse "mock" comp where they showed their family and friends what they have learned. All of our competitors did amazing and we are so excited to see where these new skills take them.
