Sunday training from our Miami County Location (in Tipp City) and Shelby County Location (in Sidney) with a whole bunch of in-season athletes getting their training done before the school week. We are now in the first week of our new 3-week training block.

71 workouts Sunday with 63 of those workouts coming from in-season athletes nearing the halfway point of fall sports & closing-in on fall tapers. It’s fun & we get a deeper athletic development done when hungry 🥖🥫🥖 athletes show-up with great competetive effort in reps, push each other over n sets, & keep the machine we had moving tonight to get everything done.
I appreciate those at the front, those using their experience in the program to keep the pace, and the groups on-top of where we are, what, and how to do it.

(9-11-2015) Celebrating 11 years at The Athletic Proving Grounds today! After 2-3 years of packed garage sessions (2012-2015) we had to get a bigger space. Swipe to see how we’ve improved training opportunities from sessions of 20+ athletes in a 2 car garage with 1 rack to what Athletic Proving Grounds & Vargo Trained has become; just at the facility levels.

11 years later, we will have another permanent home in the same September. We aren’t even close to where we now see we can be & are headed for both locations.
