Are you headed to Cooperstown in ‘27 and looking for a place to stay? We got you. Mike and I recently partnered up with a fellow baseball family and close friends to purchase this gem. In the coming months we’ll also be announcing a 2nd location with the hopes of having it ready by next season.

If you’re looking for a place next summer, here are some details to review. Understand that everything you’ve come to expect from 3&2 rolls right into this property, with over-the-top customer service and a small-town, local feel. We would 💯% rather rent to families and teams we know and trust, avoiding fees, strangers and the risk that a Kansas City Chiefs family sleeps in a house that Buffalo built. Just do your dishes, empty the trash and you’re alright in our book.

💛 Player of the Weekend: Gracie 💛

Baseball is a game of battles: 0-2 counts, bad hops, tough innings, and moments when the odds seem stacked against you.

It teaches us that you can’t always control the pitch you’re thrown, but you can always try to put a barrel on it. That even the toughest innings eventually come to an end. And that no matter how difficult the game gets, you never have to face it alone.

But sometimes, life throws a curveball that no family could ever prepare for.

For Gracie, baseball sister and daugher of the Lancaster Legends 9u, that curveball is pediatric cancer.

Today, the WNY baseball community reminded us what being part of a team really means.

Different colors. Different dugouts. Different opponents on the field. But when one of our own needs us, we all wear the same jersey (or t-shirt).

Because baseball is about so much more than wins and losses. It’s about picking up your teammates, rallying when the game gets tough, and never letting someone fight through the hardest innings alone.

Gracie and the Cochrane family, you’ve got an entire baseball community on your bench. We’re all pulling for you guys. 💛 ⚔️

Our motto “Just Keep Swinging” has never meant more.

Golden for Gracie💛

Coach Brad is a staple in Lancaster and close friend of ours here at 3&2 Baseball. We recently learned of what him and his family are going through and wanted to help with their fight.

This morning we purchased available stock from the printer and rushed production and delivery. Tomorrow, 3&2 staff will be handing out free Golden For Gracie t-shirts to random kids from all games and organizations. All we ask in return is simple; take a picture of your player and post it on your social media with the link below.

All money raised from the shirts sold on the website will be donated to PUNT Pediatric Cancer Collab. We’ll also have a QR Code where you can donate directly to PUNT if you choose to do so.

Here’s a quick message from Dad.

“Our family’s world changed when our sweet Gracie was diagnosed with leukemia. We’ve learned quickly that childhood cancer isn’t fought by one family alone. It’s overcome by a team, and the love and support from ours has been overwhelming.

Gold is the color of childhood cancer awareness, and right now Lancaster is suiting up for one of our own. We’ve seen firsthand how much community means during life’s hardest moments, and we’re so grateful for organizations like PUNT Pediatric Cancer Collaborative, based right here in WNY. They’ve shown up for so many families like ours, and now it’s our turn to show up for them.

Please consider grabbing a shirt this weekend at Ramsey field. They’re made in Lancaster by L&L Laser & Print, and proceeds go directly to PUNT to help them keep making a difference for kids and families facing pediatric cancer.
