From HOA - PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS...

Dear Club Director,

We have been made aware of a scam that has affected a club. Somebody has created a Venmo account that looks just like the club's account and is soliciting payments. It appears this is done by somebody who understands the club volleyball tryout and payment/commitment cycle and has access to some email addresses of players.

If you use any systems like Venmo, you may want to alert your people that they should not look for the club in Venmo, but rather send them a QR code that directs them to the correct account.

17u Coaches are Addi Brooks 3rd year coaching and Macen Beasley 2nd year coaching

Addi played club ball from ages 8 to 18. With Topeka Stealths, Topeka Saints and Topeka Elite. She played Varsity all 4 years at Topeka West high school.
First-team All-Shawnee County and All-United Kansas Conference honors as a senior after earning second-team recognition as a junior and honorable mention as a sophomore.
As a lefty she played mainly opposite but was a strong outside hitter as well. During her high-school senior year she played all around. After graduation she played one year of college ball for St. Mary's university.

Addi- I have wanted to coach a club team to help players become well rounded - strong players and trusted teammates that can have fun while playing a game we love so much. If I'm not coaching you can find me playing on teams here in town or at volleyball open gyms with my very close friend Macen. Volleyball brought me some of my forever friends and closest friends. :)

Macen been playing volleyball since 5th grade she started on a sport zone team with some friends then slowly moved to a club team called the chaos. She met some of her best friends on that team and will forever be thankful for that. She played in middle school at Washburn Rural and then freshman year of high school as a setter/back row. Leaving the game for a bit to focused on different sports, then realized how bad she missed it. She then started to go to Crestview open gyms and that is where she got close with Addison and how they started playing together! She too will always be found on vb teams here in town or at open gyms.

Macen - I love all the experiences I've had in the sport and forever grateful for meeting Addi along the way. Volleyball is supposed to be fun and challenging so we want to make the most of it for those who we train!
