🌵🏊‍♂️ Meet our Swimmers of the Month: William & Isaac! 🏊‍♂️🌵

We are so excited to celebrate William and Isaac and the incredible progress they have made in the pool!

⭐️ William started at our Pima location in Tumbleweed about a year ago, when it was his first time swimming in a big pool. It took time for him to build confidence and feel safe and comfortable in the water, but he kept working at it! William recently graduated from Teddy Bear Cholla to Golden Barrel, and now he loves being in the water. We are so proud of how far he has come!

⭐️ Isaac started swim lessons this summer eager and determined to learn how to swim independently. His excitement and dedication were clear from the beginning, and his hard work continues outside of lessons! Isaac spends weekends practicing his skills in his grandparents’ pool whenever he can. That extra practice and perseverance have paid off, as he has already progressed from Teddy Bear Cholla to Golden Barrel!

Both William and Isaac are wonderful examples of how consistency, determination, and confidence can lead to amazing progress. We are so proud to recognize them as our Swimmers of the Month! 💗🌵

💙 Small Steps. Big Victories. 🐬

Every swimmer’s journey looks different, and progress isn’t always measured by how far or how fast they can swim.

For our Sonoran Dolphins, a victory can be feeling comfortable entering the water, putting their face in for the first time, becoming more independent during a float, building confidence, or mastering a brand-new skill.

No accomplishment is too small to celebrate. Each step forward builds confidence, independence, and important water safety skills. 💦

September was full of milestones at Saguaro Aquatics! 🌵💦

We’re excited to celebrate 96 graduations this month! Every graduation represents new skills, growing confidence, and lots of hard work from our swimmers and coaches.

Congratulations to all of our September graduates! We can’t wait to see what you accomplish at your next level. 💗

It’s Wellness Wednesday! 🌵 This week, we’re highlighting one of our amazing Wellness Aquatics clients, Myra, and celebrating the progress she has made throughout her journey with us.

Myra joined Wellness Aquatics in 2024, beginning with Private Wellness Aquatics sessions with Carolee. At the time, she was managing chronic pain and limited physical mobility and was using a walker.

Through consistent hard work, dedication, and determination, and always with a smile on her face, Myra has made incredible progress. She graduated from private sessions, became less reliant on her walker, and transitioned into our group Wellness Aquatics classes.

As her strength, mobility, and independence have grown, Myra has been able to accomplish even more outside of the pool, including traveling independently and taking a vacation to Hawaii!

Today, Myra attends both our 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Tuesday and Thursday classes and continues to be a valued part of our Wellness Aquatics community.

We are so proud of how far you’ve come, Myra! Your determination, positive attitude, and commitment to staying active are an inspiration to us all!

Swimming goals can go beyond the pool. 🐬

Through our Sonoran Dolphins program, swimmers can work toward important water skills while also building confidence, independence, communication, and more.

With individualized 1:1 instruction, goals are built around each swimmer’s abilities, comfort level, and needs, because progress looks different for everyone.

Every skill learned is something to celebrate! 💙
