Small and big game seasons are approaching fast!

Before the seasons get busy, take some time to make sure your gear is ready to go.

If you see this post, it means you're supposed to clock out early today and head to the range.

We’re still a little ways out, but waterfowl season will be here before we know it. For those with early goose and teal seasons, it’ll be here even sooner.

Now is the time to check the gear and make sure everything is ready!

It only takes one time to wish you had it with you.

If you carry, don’t make it a sometimes thing. Make it part of the routine. Be prepared for the moments you never expected.

Good hunters don't just look for deer while hunting. They look for movement.

Instead of scanning the woods for deer, focus on subtle movement like an ear flick, a tail, or a branch shifting. Learning to spot movement is one of the best ways to become a more successful deer hunter.

Plus, you won't spend those early morning hours staring at the giant rack that happens to be a branch when the morning light first hits.
