Monday morning, Monday evening, and Tuesday morning groups showed up and put in the work on speedwork! πͺπ₯
The heat may be brutal, but these runners and walkers keep showing up, working hard, and getting stronger. Consistency beats perfect conditions. Great job, everyone! π

Because at RunWalk Tulsa, training doesnβt stop when the race is over.
We train year-round.

It's Hump Day. We Make It Hill Day. β°οΈπ₯
The thermometer may be climbing, but so are we.
Wednesday is our weekly reminder that progress isn't made by waiting for perfect weather. It's made by showing up, training smart, encouraging each other, and taking one more trip up the hill.
Whether you're walking, run-walking, or running, every climb builds stronger legs, stronger lungs, and stronger confidence.
See you on the hill!

Oklahoma summer gives you two workout options...
π
Morning: High humidity.
π Evening: High dew points.
Either way... you're going to sweat.
Our morning and evening groups showed up anyway.
That's what training is all about. We can't control the weather, but we can control whether we show up. Every workout in the Oklahoma heat builds fitness, resilience, and confidence that will pay off when cooler miles arrive.
Whether you're training for a race or simply becoming a healthier, stronger version of yourself, we're proud of everyone who keeps showing up.

π¨ Official RunWalk Tulsa Statement π¨
Everyone loved Wednesday night's hill repeats... or at least that's what we're putting in the official report. πβ°οΈ
Hill repeats aren't easy, but they're one of the best ways to build strength and confidence. Our members showed up, encouraged each other, and got the work done.
Want to train with a fun, supportive group? We'd love to have you! π
