✨ Welcome back, Steph! ✨

With over 20 years of dedicated practice, Steph’s deep connection with yoga intensified in 2017 when managing chronic illness became a daily challenge. Through her yin practice, she found solace and strength, leading her to complete her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification in 2019. Her classes are a blend of wisdom, compassion, and a commitment to making yoga accessible to all. 🍃

We can't wait to have Steph back as an instructor at Balancing Breath. Starting in June, she will be teaching Alignment classes on Friday mornings. ☀
