What a morning to wrap up launch week. Balance with Wonder Woman, Barbie, and our resident cat lady, followed straight by Wonder Woman, Barbie, and Jordan taking Pump through a sea of black and orange.
Huge congratulations to those who won in our week long drawing.
You guys brought all the energy this week, and we loved every minute of it.
Halloween treat: the new releases are staying on the schedule next week, and VIP passes are extended for another week. See you on the floor!

We knocked out our 30-minute express BODYATTACK for day six. We moved together and found energy we didn't know we had left, and now we're officially rolling into Halloween weekend.

Grab a friend or two and come finish out launch week strong tomorrow morning. We’ve got BODYBALANCE at 8:30 AM, followed straight by BODYPUMP at 9:15 AM.

Throw on some orange and black, or show up in costume, and let's get Halloween started!

Day four of our Les Mills Launch reminded us what happens when we get together and push one another to find our edge, and why we keep coming back for more.

Don't forget our bonus 30-minute BODYATTACK Express tomorrow at 5:30. It's a quick way to try the class without committing to a full hour. Pure cardio, no dance routines to learn, with easy options to keep it low-impact or push your stamina. Come shake off the work week before the weekend starts.

Day three of Launch Week with BODYCOMBAT was so much fun. Watching everyone throw down karate strikes, jump kicks, boxing combos, and power knees, it was electric.

If you've ever thought about trying BODYCOMBAT but felt a little nervous, please know there is zero contact, no special gear needed, and you definitely don't need any martial arts background to show up and have a great time. That is truly what we are here for. Our instructors walk you through every move, so you can just come try it out and stay for as long as it feels right for you.

We still have free guest passes at the front desk, so feel free to grab a friend and bring them along with you. Every class you show up for this week also earns you an entry into our Launch Giveaway for club merch and the official launch shirt.

Day two magic for our Les Mills Launch Week was everything we could have hoped for, and we are just getting started.

Seeing the room come alive with heavy reps in BodyPump, and then everyone flowing together through warrior III and finding focus in Eagle pose during BodyBalance was nothing short of pure radiant joy.

If you have never tried a class before or you feel a little nervous, this is your sign to jump in. You do not have to know how to do everything. Let our fabulous instructors guide you, let the music lead the way, and just move at your own pace. We are here to catch up with familiar faces, welcome new ones, and share that rhythm that Les Mills does best, because it really is something you have to experience together live.

We still have free VIP guest passes at the front desk, so grab a friend to come try something new with you. Every class you take this week also earns you another raffle ticket toward our Launch Giveaway for exclusive club merch and our official launch shirt.
