The Fitness Mill

We just wanted to give you some updates of how we’re improving the mill. Over the next month both the men’s and women’s locker rooms will be completely upgraded.

The men’s steam room and sauna will be renovated. The elements are finally shipping from scandia so the temperature will be over 200 degrees.

The new stairmasters and stepr xl will be here by the end of the month.

Shelley Spatto will start her new spin classes the week of December 9th on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30 AM.

Here’s an update of the seven new pieces of equipment we bought back in April and May.:

We spoke to and they should have the MaxPump sport and JW Sport equipment soon to assemble and then ship out to us. The hoist adjustable bench and Nautilus Crunch Machine are all set to ship we asked them to please ship with the other equipment.

The custom Watson adjustable bench will be here shortly. It’s currently at the warehouse in New York waiting to be shipped. Once we receive both benches we will remove the matrix decline and incline benches from the floor.

We spoke to .official and there were some delays but the hip press should ship by the end of September.

We will continue to improve the equipment and gym over the next year. We’re committed to making it the destination for fitness.
