Riverhouse Swing

ATTENTION: We will not have a dance this week on Wednesday the 13th. Our friend, Nate Clarizio, will be performing in a band he's apart of at the Clackamas County Fairgrounds, and we want to support him as best as possible.
The band will be playing from 7-8:30pm at the Main Stage. Dancing will most likely be on grass. If we have enough dancers at this event, its possible the band director will want to perform for more dancers in the swing community.

Hello Dancers, we hope you had a fantastic new years! Unfortunately, both me and Elia are sick, and some of our regulars are as well. In light of this, we will not be hosting a dance tomorrow. We’re sorry for such a short notice, but we were really hoping not to have to cancel.

As a reminder, dances will now be weekly with the new year; and we are putting together an east coast series/rotating classes aimed at beginner dancers. We are still considering avenues for more seasoned dancers.

Lizzy and the Triggermen are making their Portland debut this Saturday! There's still general admission tickets available. She and her band have been described as: "one part Eartha Kitt, one part Ella Fitzgerald, one part Amy Winehouse." They love playing for dancers and there is plenty of room for dancing.
