Odin's Strength Gym

Quick update. The 45lb plates arrived at the gym. There is a total of 28 new 45lb plates outside.

This is should be more than enough in the outdoor area.

Few more things coming and then the outdoor gym should be mostly complete.

Super excited to get this leg press in the gym.

This is an incredibly rare piece of equipment. The body masters MD 122 is one of the only selectorized leg pieces that allows you to lay completely horizontal as well as do a seated leg press.

It has a 400lb weight stack and is an excellent upgrade to the gym.

We hope that our members enjoy amd thank you to everyone who supports the gym.

We will be adding six new pieces of equipment to the gym this next coming week.

This is one of the bigger equipment upgrades we have done at one time recently.

We have done a ton of upgrades this year but have not added six new pieces at one time.

We truly appreciate all of our members. Their support. How they conduct themselves in the gym.

We are building one of the best gyms there is and we have the best gym culture there is.

We added some new weights in the outdoor area of the gym.

We added 4 pairs of 5lb plates, 4 pairs of 10 plates, and 4 pairs of 25lb plates.

The weight it out thumper plates look beautiful and are amazing quality. Made right here in the US of A.

All of the dumbbells have shown up. We now have a complete set from 5lbs to 100lbs in 5lb increments outside. With two sets of 15s.

Members are more than welcome to pin the nets open while they are working out and close them when they are done. They are just there to keep the birds out.

We added some grappling mats to outside that can be used with the bags or stretching.

Please no shoes on the mats and no shoes when kicking the bags. Make sure they get put back and cleaned when done.

Outdoor gym update.

We added screens to the connex box area. This will keep the birds out and the mirrors and everything has been cleaned.

We added a shade cover over the punching bag area. This should keep the punching bags in the shade most of the day.

We put the competition flat bench in the weight area.

There is collars for every single station.

We ordered a bunch of weights and they should be shipping soon fingers crossed.
