We lost a true legend. Coach Paul Pleticha Sr. dedicated 17 years to the Villa Park Boxing Club, mentoring and inspiring countless young lives. He was more than a coach; he was a guide, a mentor, and a friend to so many.
Your legacy will live on in every punch we throw and every life you touched. You will be forever missed, Coach.

Describe Ed Wallison; Intellect and Inter strength. Graduated Notre Dame; defended me with success in lawsuits; Even served as my sparring pardoner when I couldn’t afford other fighters. Ed’s powerful Left hook helped me develop the “cross arm defense.” Both of us leaving the Boxing gym many a day sore. When you achieve such success as I have it’s so easy to forget the sacrifices friends made to make it happen.
Here Ed is presented with a Championship Belt for his “work in Law.”
I was happy to hand it over to “Li Ed, his dad I called Big Ed” I am ever grateful to my friends; especially to Those who have been crowned Champion in their own profession.
