As the fall air starts to set in, the racing season is coming to a close, we start the process of working on a 2027 schedule & getting sponsors to support the series! All sponsor money goes towards the payouts and your choice on how you want it distributed. We already mentioned that the season will only have 4 weekends / 8 events as we scale back as we believe less is more to help with car counts. As always we have lots of “wish list” items on our plate and it’s all about everything falling into place, if you are interested in coming to race with us or want to be a sponsors shoot Rob a message.

We’re changing up a few things for the 2027 season to hopefully increase car counts.

We are cutting back to 4 weekends / 8 races in 2027 - Top Dragster might only run 3 weekends / 6 races as Mason Dixon is always a weak turnout for TD but TS is always a good count.

Lowering the entry fee to us to $100 / $60 at gate so that’s $50 off from 2026 ($100 for weekend) as we get sponsors that payout will go up that is based 32 cars, remember the previous years champ gets in for free.

No longer a qualified field - as long as you can run under the Max ET you can race - upping the TD ET to 5.15 / TS will still be 5.45 - the more cars the better the payouts.

We have tried multiple angles (different names, good payouts) with no such luck, so we’re trying this out to see if the car counts get better, if not there’s a good chance that 2027 could be the last year of the Top Series 😢😢😢

As this Monday approaches, we want to say THANK YOU to all the racers who came and played with us this 2026 season. We know there were alot of adjustments over the season, Budgets were stretched to the max with fuel, Mother Nature threw her two sense in at 7 of 10 of the events with threats of rain and eventually washing out 2 of our events. We visited a new track with MIR that didn’t have the greatest outcome that we had hoped for and might have to go back to the drawling board, we crowned 5 new Pro Dragster winners & 4 new pro Doorslammer winners over the 2026 season and a new Pro Dragster champ & a Pro Doorslammer champ that has been dominating the class over the past 2 years. Once again, rather you came to 1 or all 10 events we want to THANK YOU for the support!
