Another great practice night in the books!

Tonight’s practice focus for the k-5 group was Push Pull Underhooks to a knee pick.

Middle/ High School worked their throw bys to a leg ride. We spent a lot of time working on getting a ride and finishing with a power half.

Lots of hard work, lots of effort tonight! Great job everyone!
