At Blue Line Wrestling Academy, we’re not just running practices—we’re building wrestlers who are serious about improving both on and off the mat.

Located in Vineland, NJ, Blue Line Wrestling Academy offers youth wrestling training, private wrestling lessons, partner training, small group sessions, and club wrestling practices throughout the week. Our program is designed to provide athletes with consistent, high-quality mat time in a structured environment focused on fundamentals, technique, conditioning, mental toughness, and real match development—not overcrowded rooms or wasted reps.

Club practices are held Mondays and Wednesdays, giving wrestlers multiple opportunities to train, compete, and stay sharp year-round. Each club practice incorporates:

• 30 minutes of gymnastics and strength training
• One hour of wrestling instruction
• 30 minutes of live wrestling and conditioning

All designed to help athletes develop technique, endurance, athleticism, toughness, discipline, and mat awareness.

Additional small practice group sessions (4–10 wrestlers) are held Thursday through Saturday, providing focused training in a smaller setting with individualized instruction and attention. Techniques taught focus on control and dominance, hand fighting, neutral attacks and counter attacks, top control techniques, chain wrestling, situational awareness, conditioning, and match strategy.

Led by Coach Tim DeLouise, a Vineland wrestling alum, Head Coach of Vineland Youth Wrestling, veteran, and current law enforcement officer and defensive tactics instructor, every session emphasizes discipline, accountability, structure, and hard work. The same principles of service, leadership, and mental toughness developed through law enforcement and defensive tactics training are carried over onto the mat—helping wrestlers build confidence, focus, resilience, and character that translate into both competition and everyday life.

Whether your athlete is just starting out or already competing at a high level, Blue Line Wrestling Academy provides the coaching, structure, and competitive wrestling environment needed to help them take the next step.

May Special – Bring a Friend

Any Blueline wrestler who brings a friend ($15 drop-in) from another team to Monday or Wednesday club practice will get that practice free for the day.

All Blueline punch card holders and small group members are eligible to participate. The special runs May 1 through May 31.

The wrestler who brings in the most drop-ins during the month of May will receive a 5-punch card or may choose one private partner practice with a partner of their choice.

Hello all, for the upcoming Joker Classic on Sunday April 19th.

We have been approved for satellite weigh-ins. I will be conducting weigh-ins Friday night (April 17th/ time TBD)

I will be putting out a google form for attendance.

Putting a team together for the Bison Duals, June 20-21, 2026.

We will also be doing the open tournament as well.

Elementary School: 6th grade & under

Available Weight Classes: 48, 52, 56, 64, 68, 72, 76, 88, 92, 96, 100, 110, 130, 160
Weight Allowance: 1 lb

60, 80, 84

Entry Fee: $80.00 to reserve your spot (If 11 or less kids sign up, fee will be adjusted to cover the entry fee of $1,000.00. Venmo -Line-Wrestling. (Or Cash).

Additionally, I am adding a new game for the wrestlers called a challenge move. See below for details.

First wrestler to execute the below technique, during an open tournament/ duals event will earn themselves a free two person private. They will be able to select any practice partner. The practice will be free for both wrestlers.

Rules:
Must be recorded
Must occur at tournament/ duals
Must be against a wrestler of equal caliber
Must be the first one to send the video to Coach Tim.

CHALLENGE MOVE:
While wrestling on or near the out of bounds line, Execute a THROW BY to a DOUBLE LEG, where opponents goes out of bounds however your feet, one or both land inside the bounds scoring the takedown.
