- Healing Sound Bath with Raji
Sunday, September 27th
3:30 -5:00pm
$35.
Raji will begin with gentle stretches and chakra focused chanting to check in with our own vibration. Then we’ll relax back and feel the restorative and healing resonance of gongs, bowls and bells. It’s amazing!
Sound has a way of reaching places words can’t. During a Sound Bath, the gentle tones of bowls, chimes, and gongs invite your body and mind to slow down. The steady rhythm of sound helps the brain shift into relaxed states — the same waves we experience in meditation and deep rest.

Raji bio:
Raji’s classes are shaped by a lifelong relationship with classical yoga, informed by decades of study beginning at age twelve and grounded in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Mysore practice, Iyengar precision, and Anusara’s emphasis on alignment and intention. Movement is purposeful and intelligent, with adaptable sun salutations that meet students where they are—strong, steady, and never rushed.
Students can expect clear instruction, thoughtful sequencing, and a strong emphasis on breath. Drawing from his work in pranayama and his writings on breathing, Raji often incorporates vocal toning and joint-releasing practices that prepare the body gradually and reveal how much ease can emerge when effort is well directed. Alignment is explored as a support for awareness rather than something to perfect.
With experience leading yoga teacher trainings since 1998, Raji teaches with calm authority shaped by long observation and practice. Classes invite students to witness how structure creates freedom and how repetition—when approached with curiosity—can be quietly transformative. Students often leave feeling grounded, clear, and subtly reorganized, sometimes noticing that the practice worked on them more deeply than expected.
