Yesterday, March 13, was World Sleep Day. So today for our 2nd Saturday event, we recognized the importance of sleep, encouraged all to wear their PJs to class and our raffle entries included sleep tips from those who attended. What fun we had today! And many thanks to our studio owner, Sarah, for making our 2nd Saturday events so much fun! 💤🌙⭐🛏️
