BUSH Racing 915

Behind the scenes aunt maddi went from wanting nothing to do with racing to being in the garage with us almost every night on my ass to get motivated. We are getting closer everyday we butted heads for a few years 😂😂😂. I'm very appreciative of all she has been doing and more mechanical than I realized, she is taking karts apart and re assembling. I got some pretty awesome woman on my side. We are going to get her In kart some even if just practice main thing is her back from surgery.

Today was an awesome day racing but still had its downs I got fired again by a 5 year old after making fastest laps ever at Stateline karts zaydan said I still love you papa just not doing good enough 😂😭😭 he got 2nd and closing the gap on the kid dominating. He won his 1st heat at Stateline and mark said he was smiling ear to ear.

We are running 375 clone because that's the weight some money races are we wanted to get dialed in. We started 4th and got 2nd to Davis not going to push the issue when in redraw. Feature time Our buddy Jeff pulled us a 4 so starting outside again. Brian got down fast and we were in the lead pretty fast. We got the win by a decent amount. I thought for sure I was on wrong tires. Anytime you can beat that black number 3 you got to be happy definitely one of my great friends and awesome to race with.

We will be at Stateline Karts with both karts. Almost didn't race because the wife is extremely upset about having to put her 2 dogs down

Weekend recap: Pittsfield -the crew chief made a mistake and didn't set left front toe. We where tight all night long. Then I remembered at 3:00 am. we battled a tight kart most the night we used 325 to get kart better we got 2nd from mid pack. We started 7 in the feature and got harder charger finishing 2nd in feature. Side not crew chief also did not tight the front bumper after his wife helped him take off Aluminum from last weekend. Despite the fact that she even asked if they needed to be tight when she was done. May have been part of the issues until crew chief realized it before the features.

Today we made the trip to Stateline karts with both zaydan and Brian. We had some miss communication and missed 1st heat with Zaydan. 2nd heat zaydan made driver error and thought race was over one to go. Feature started last got 3rd we found some speed. He's 40 lbs heavier than everyone in his class.

We ran 375 today at Stateline we started outside got pushed to rear, but got 2nd in heat. We started 4th in feature and got pushed back. Brian was very patient and got to 2nd fast. Then it was caution after caution with 3 to go Brian got the bobble from he needed from the 14j and we won by a decent amount Maddi Grace was a huge help and wants to try racing so we will

We left maxxis alone while we went to Pittsburgh racing. He didn't do well with great grandma and separation anxiety. We are going to bring him to clone clash but trying to get him use to racing in small doses. He was a starved abused little guy he is not very trustworthy of people till he gets your trust. When I scale people he sits and growls lol
He was going to be our full time racing dog but working on his anxiety from the abuse. I didn't want more dogs but this guy melts our hearts

Racing plans are to Support Pittsfield Friday night for there money race then with Brian anytime that #3 is showing up you better be on your game

Saturday we will be at Stateline karts with zaydan I've put some time into trying to over come his 30 lb weight deficit. Possibly the adult kart also

Our day at naugle with the Western Pennsylvania Karting Series wasn't the best but definitely could of been worse. We were planning on 2 practice sessions to get a handle on things with gearing etc they went to one with bad weather possible later in the evening possible. We went out in 1st practice and the track was extremely rough and ripped body off and destroyed within a few laps we got absolutely nothing on data. Not the tracks fault they had major rain on
Friday. Brian Cressley Kimberly Herzog Bush Maddi Grace all busted ass to get different Body on kart and raised up with aluminum from a fellow racer Steve got to thank him. We went out for Qualifying and timed 14th quick out of 30 put us in the show we only turned 6300 Rpm way off on gear. We were in the show. For the feature we went to different gear set up totally and still only turned 6500 rpm. We went from 14th to 8th in the feature against some of the best in the sport. I absolutely suck at gearing on these high banked bull rings now and in the past. The kart was awesome handling I fell if we could have got in the 7,000 rpm range we would have had a top 3 kart. I guess I shouldn't hang my head as bad as the night started Thanks to all that help support us keep us going
