Stateline karts In the 325 kart we finished 3rd and 2nd In heat races. 2nd in the feature. Battled the track and lack of tire for being so hard. We had a great feature run that got killed by drama. We started 6th out side got freight trained to 14th place Brian picked his way through karts with out touching very clean. We were into 3rd place very fast Stop watch and we were told 3 tenths faster than the leader. The 2nd place kart 44 is a very talented driver that can put a kart on the bottom and dam near impossible to pass. Brain said she was slowing up so much going in it killed his momentum to protect the bottom was hard not to wreck
The kart that wound up 3rd told us she did the same thing to him
she is a smart racer. The last lap we were accused of wrecking her simply not the case per go pro footage from another kart. Did Brian get under her move up the track absolutely. Do I know if roles where reversed it would have happened sooner absolutely I've seen it. When I put Brian in a kart not only did I respect him but he came suggest by some of the best respected people around because I want someone that races hard but clean.

This is where I'm upset I lost a friend over this someone I truly respected a ton. But when you come at me at the scales what the f was that I said I truly don't see the wrong. I didn't even say nothing I won't engage this year but this was all infront of children and my grandson. We got to remember no matter how pi**ed we are little eyes are watching. What sucks if we could have got by sooner I feel we would have won. Hopefully heads cool and everyone can move on. I just know if roles where reversed and we where protecting the bottom we would have got moved also. Still have nothing but respect and realize people do things in the heat of the moment. If we did wrong I apologize. I don't want to be known as dirty on the track.

Zaydan Bush Racing made it back to the kart track at the cooper groves memorial race. He was a little rusty in heat but we almost missed it because came up so fast. Feature he really started picking up the pace but takes almost a full lap to get up to speed as he's 35 lbs heavy. He wins $100 had a blast and that's what matters. I would like to thank Stateline karts and the Groves family for putting this race on

Well we made the trip to stateline karts this Saturday and started outside in heat got shuffled to last and Brian raced his way up 2 3 could of got 2nd but top 5 redraw. Our buddy Nick drew us pole for feature we checked out pretty good but had motor issues half way through and expired last lap coasted to 2nd place finish finish. This motor was heavily damaged in shipping crushed muffler broke block ear now we think got crank too now zero metal in oil and spotless in side. We were going to reblock at freshen but didn't make it. My old man built a lot of drag motors and I built my fair share of them and circle track when I raced. When you push s**t to the max stuff breaks on USA parts this stuff is china it's not always the builders Idc who does it. That being said we only had one motor left so we only decided to focus on the groves memorial and have our other motor look at also. Me and Brian Cressley together have been bad ass worst finish is 2nd and me and the wife love having him around makes racing fun again. Thanks to the following

Back on track and in victory lane. It's been a rough few weeks off it's time to put little man 1st not only in life but on the track. Racing plans are a double header tomorrow Stateline karts in the morning then lockharts that evening in the 325 kart driven by Brain Cressley. We have been fast every track we been to let's hope that continues. I'm still holding out Really liking this Slack Elevate this year. I'm still holding out hope I can get zay on a race track too we will see and not going into details.
