⭐️ Members of the Month: Sandy Hartley & Julia Espada ⭐️
Sandy has been part of the OTAC family for nearly 18 years, originally joining to improve her health after being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Through consistency and commitment, fitness became part of her routine—and eventually helped her get off medication. 💪
Now, she shares that journey with her daughter Julia, who rejoined OTAC in 2025 and quickly made fitness part of her lifestyle as well. Together, they motivate each other through spin classes, strength training, and showing up consistently week after week.
For both Sandy and Julia, OTAC is more than a gym—it’s a place that feels like home, filled with support, encouragement, and community.

⚽️ Soccer Camp | July 20–22 ⚽️
Join us for three days of skill-building, competition, and fun led by Lauren Farris. Campers will work on dribbling, passing, shooting, offensive and defensive skills, agility drills, and small-sided games in a positive and encouraging environment. 💪
Whether your athlete is learning the game or building on existing skills, this camp is designed to help players grow in confidence while having a great time.

🧘♀️ Breathe Member of the Month: Patricia Walker 🧘♀️
Patricia has been part of the OTAC community for 1.5 years and has fully embraced her fitness journey, making movement and consistency a true priority. 💪
What she loves most about OTAC is the welcoming environment—where staff, trainers, and members are all friendly, supportive, and always willing to help. Her biggest accomplishment has been rebuilding confidence and learning to prioritize her health after years of putting others first.
She trains 5–6 days a week between Breathe and Iron, with a love for yoga (especially hot vinyasa) and strength training. Patricia stays motivated by seeing progress in her strength, endurance, and overall confidence.
For her, one of the best parts of the journey is sharing classes with her daughter, Claire. 💙

A high-energy, outdoor camp built for movement, teamwork, and nonstop fun. 💪 Kids stay active all morning through obstacle courses, relay races, team competitions, skill stations, and games designed to build coordination, athleticism, and confidence.
This is more than a typical camp—it’s a dynamic experience that keeps kids engaged, moving, and excited every day.

⚾️ Divergent Baseball Camp: June 8–10 ⚾️
Three days of baseball, energy, and FUN at Academy Hill for athletes ages 8–11. 💪
Players will build skills in hitting, throwing, fielding, baserunning, speed, agility, and coordination—all through positive, age-appropriate coaching designed to build confidence and keep the game fun. Expect skill work, competitions, games, and plenty of energy each day.

Becky has been part of the OTAC family since 2011 and has helped shape the community into what it is today. She’s currently working toward her personal training license while continuing to help members grow stronger and more confident every day. 💪
She trains 5x a week and thrives in group energy—especially Tuesday mornings and spin classes. For Becky, fitness is about movement, connection, and having fun with the right people.
