How I grew my chest⬇️
1. Got brutally strong at pressing
Bench press, incline bench, dumbbell bench… I’ve almost always started my workouts with one of these and pushed progression hard. A bigger chest usually comes with getting stronger over time. I treated my pressing strength like it actually mattered and the muscle followed.
2. Focused heavily on form and mind muscle connection
A lot of people struggle to grow their chest because every press turns into a shoulder and tricep movement. I made sure early on that I was actually pushing through my chest, controlling the eccentric, and keeping tension where I wanted it instead of just moving weight from point A to B.
3. Hit chest from every angle
For basically my entire training career I’ve almost always had:
A flat press
An incline press
A fly variation
That combination covers everything well and keeps development more complete instead of over relying on one movement pattern.
4. Increased frequency during growth phases
I’ve had a lot of phases where I bench heavy 3x a week and just focus on getting my pressing numbers as high as possible. Every single time my chest grows from it. If chest is a weak point for you, increasing frequency can absolutely help.
5. Prioritized incline work
Upper chest is where most people lack size, including me still. That’s why incline pressing has always been a huge priority for me. A well developed upper chest completely changes how your physique looks from the front.
Example chest work:
• Flat Bench Press or Dumbbell Bench
• Incline Bench Press
• Chest Fly Variation
• Sometimes a machine press after for extra volume

A hobby is an activity done regularly for enjoyment outside of work.
And honestly, everyone needs one. Life gets stressful when your entire routine becomes waking up, working, scrolling, sleeping, and repeating the same cycle every day. Having hobbies gives your mind a break from constantly thinking about responsibilities, pressure, and problems.
It gives you something to actually look forward to after a long day. Something that’s yours. Something you can slowly improve at, challenge yourself with, and enjoy without everything needing to be productive or make money.
Whether it’s the gym, bowling, hiking, cars, gaming, reading, basketball, music, fishing, or anything else… hobbies make life feel more balanced.
A lot of people are burned out not only because they work hard, but because they forgot how to enjoy life outside of work.
