Heads up! The summer schedule will look a little different! 5:30am groups are being moved to 5:45am and 6:45am groups are now 6:30am! 9:30 groups on M/W will also shift up to 9:15! We have added some 7:15 classes , bootcamp Saturdays will move to Fridays at 7:15am! 4:45pm classes will be cancelled and re-evaluated after August! Thanks for your continued support! As always please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions!

Effective 1/1/26! Our updated cancellation/reschedule policy will now be 24 hours and includes information on arriving late. Please help us keep things moving smoothly, respect others workout time and hold yourself accountable for your booked sessions. We will no longer allow moving sessions from one time to an alternative time in the day without being charged a late cancel fee for your original session. Thanks for your understanding and respect of our policies!

🚨 A few important updates for current and future clients! 🚨

Beginning 2/17/25 I will no longer be offering 1:1 private training. In hopes to accommodate more clients I will be transitioning all of my training to small group sessions. If you are a current 1:1 client I will be reaching out in the next few days to discuss this transition and your options moving forward. If you are currently already in a small group this may impact your scheduled time slightly, as I am also changing sessions from 30 minutes to 45 minutes, your time slot may shift forward or backwards by 15 minutes and there will be a $5 increase to your current 30 minute session charge.

We also have 2 new sessions beginning 3/9 that I wanted to remind everyone of!
Our barbell fundamentals class which will be held every Saturday from 9:15-10:15am AND our outdoor bootcamp, which will be held from 8:40am-9:10am!

Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions or concerns!

Nate will still be offering 1:1 private sessions.

We will still offer a virtual option as well!
