Friends, I have been 🫓 “waffling” 🫓 on when to schedule classes with warm weather finally arriving. Today I’m calling it - Let’s take a break for summer. 🌼

Thanks for dancing with me this season and praying for each other. It is an honor to do it with you!

Let all your friends know how much you miss your favorite fitness class this summer and bring ‘em with you this fall 😉

Thank you for your generosity! I often take the cash from the box to garage sales, and this little waffle is from a 🫓mini waffle maker🫓 we picked up recently!

Our class has A LOT of mothers+daughters exercising together!

Many of my posts sound like, "I lead a 'little' fitness class and I'd love for you to come!"

But, this picture makes me think twice about calling it a 'little' class. The impact is big.

This mighty group represents the dance fitness friends who came together Saturday for a baby shower, after showering a friend in prayer through a long journey to motherhood.
