CityDance CityDance is a nonprofit offering dance education for all ages and levels in the DMV.

CityDance is a nonprofit arts organization dedicated to nurturing the next generation of artists and innovators, and igniting a lifelong passion for dance in movers everywhere. With five training facilities across DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia, thousands of students each week —from beginners to professionals—experience the transformative power of dance. The CityDance Conservatory division offers a rigorous curriculum for ages 7-19 in classical ballet, contemporary and commercial dance. Through our Studios division, thousands of students, from 18 months to adults, engage in weekly classes, workshops, and summer programs spanning a broad array of dance genres for both new and experienced dancers.

A look back at an unforgettable summer at CityDance Conservatory’s Classical Track

Throughout our Summer Intensives, dancers had the opportunity to strengthen their technique, explore their artistry, and grow under the guidance of our exceptional faculty and renowned guest artists.

From classical ballet, pointe, and repertoire to contemporary dance and flamenco, each week brought new challenges, inspiration, and memorable moments in the studio.
