The GW Cheer Team cheers on the Colonials at every home Men's and Women's Basketball game, and travels with each team during tournament play. Tryouts are held twice per year (April and September) for incoming freshmen, transfer students, and all current GW students who are in good academic and judicial standing.

The Zoom Info Session will take place on Sunday, August 30 from 8:00-9:00pm! At the Info Session, you will hear from the coaches about all things GW Cheer and get a chance to ask questions. Register for tryouts using the link in our bio to receive the meeting link. The meeting link will be emailed to participants shortly before the Info Session. If you’ve already filled out the form, no need to fill it out again.
