The wrong clients don’t just drain your energy. They can make you doubt your gifts🙃

If they aren’t truly aligned with you, it depletes you.

You start feeling drained by your work….and you don’t enjoy it as much.

And when you don’t feel good doing your work, something else can happen…

You start questioning the work itself.

You lose a little trust in what you do.

Then you lose a little confidence.

And when you lose confidence, you lose magnetism.

When you lose magnetism, fewer of the right people are drawn towards you….

And then the panic starts.

You need more clients….

So you start scrabbling around.

You loosen your standards.

You say yes when your body is saying no.

You take the client because you need the money, or because an empty space in your calendar feels scarier than filling it with someone who isn’t quite right.

And because you’re choosing from need, fear and grip…

you attract another wrong-fit client.

And the whole bloody cycle begins again!🤢

Misaligned clients =depletion =doubt =loss of confidence =less magnetism =fewer aligned clients =more fear =lowering your discernment =more misaligned clients.

This is why discernment and alignment in business is so important.

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can say is:

I’d rather have the space than fill it with the wrong person.

Because that space isn’t empty.

It’s protecting your energy.

Your creativity.

Your joy.

Your belief in your work.

Your capacity to do your absolute best work when the right person arrives.

And perhaps the answer isn’t to become better at attracting clients.

Perhaps sometimes it’s becoming much, much better at recognising who/ what you are no longer available for…..

Because the right clients don’t make you question your gift.

They remind you just how absolutely f*ing excellent you are at it!!✨

I recently found myself captivated by a talk about Charles Darwin.

He became really fascinated by how life finds its way.

He studied how seeds travelled vast distances, carried in mud on the feet of birds or surviving long journeys before finding somewhere new to grow. He observed seeds lying dormant, waiting for the right conditions before bursting into life💫

It struck me that (of course) nature is never in a hurry.

It waits.

Nature doesn’t force.

And then, when there is enough light, enough warmth, enough water… something extraordinary begins to happen….🌱

I don’t think we’re so different!!

So many people believe they need fixing. That they need to become someone else before they can create the life they long for.

But what if your joy isn’t missing?

What if your confidence hasn’t disappeared?….

What if your creativity, your peace, your purpose, your abundance… are simply waiting beneath layers of stress, conditioning, self-doubt and old survival patterns?

Not gone.

Just dormant and sleeping

Everything in nature is trying to express more life.

I believe the same is true for us.

My work has never been about pushing.

It’s about helping them remember who they were before fear told them to hold back and shrink.

It’s about calming the nervous system, clearing old beliefs, reconnecting with their own inner wisdom and creating the conditions for their natural aliveness to emerge.

Remember.

Recharge.

Reawaken.

Radiate.

Because an oak tree doesn’t strive to become an oak tree.

Everything it needs already exists within that tiny acorn!!

It simply needs the right conditions to grow.

I believe there is far more life within us than we’ve allowed ourselves to believe.

And perhaps your next chapter isn’t about becoming someone new.

It’s about remembering the extraordinary person you’ve been all along!!!!
