- drive hard off the lead leg and squish the object
- the balance will come
- whoever pushes they’re feet hardest into the ground, generates the most speed

Gotta love a morning virtual workout with the pooch! Ginger was very energized to help out😎. Virtual workouts are a great way to stay active when you are on vacation! No need to have tons of equipment either👍 Consistency is key to reaching health and fitness goals👌
Laughing while trying to do a band walk 😂 Mark is describing how when you step out laterally (to the side) you don’t want movement through your hips/core (obviously wouldn’t want to spill your beverage 😆😉) If the band walk is too tough to start with, try the bridge exercise^ same concept, don’t let the hips wobble from side to side as you raised your hips up and down. And make sure to really squeeze those glutes😎
