Race update from Golden Sands Speedway Friday Night Race for Zach Budleski Memorial:

First I have to thank God for blessing me!
With amazing family and friends that support me!

Unfortunately not the night we wanted. We worked hard getting the rebuilt motor ready to go to only have the main input transmission seal not cooperate. Went for practice and the first two laps weren't too bad then it didn't feel right so back to the pits. After a little while seen a puddle of transmission fluid under the car. Night over. The only good thing is we got to watch some good races. We'll be ready for Friday's race.

Big Thank you!! To my pit crew Caleb Igl and Hankster Rosentreter couldn't do it without you guys! Also had my grandson Maverick helping.

First I have to thank God for blessing me!
With amazing family and friends that support me! God is good all the time!

We had a great night. Qualified P8 out of 10 cars. Heat race P2 out of 5 cars. Feature finished P7 out of 10 cars. Car ran well all night. Had a blast running with Jimmer Lietz Family Racing! Just need a little more. We'll be working on it for the next race.
