Our first week of wall ball + fitness challenge is underway!!! Here are the current workout leaders. Good luck girls!

“Be brave enough to be amazing” is our season challenge. Being exceptional requires prioritization, preparation and sometimes social sacrifices. Putting in the right amount of work ahead of time is a valuable life skill that we want these girls to carry with them through high school and beyond. Lacrosse teaches many lessons and this is one of our favorites.
