COACHING SPOTLIGHT 🤩

Assistant Coach Steven Hamersky just wrapped up his 3rd season with Aero FC, and this year he got to focus on what he’s most passionate about…developing our goalkeepers.

Behind a talented and competitive goalkeeper group, Steven helped build a unit that showed strong leadership, consistency, and big-time performances all season long. Our keepers stepped up in crucial moments throughout the year, playing a huge role in the team’s success.

Off the field, Steven and Aero are truly a family affair. His wife Ana “She-Hammer” Hamersky returned to the pitch this season after the birth of their son Lincoln last year and made an immediate impact back on the roster. 💪🏼

Get to know Coach Hamersky:
• Bishop Carroll alum — All-City honors as both a forward and goalkeeper
• Attended Newman University — Heartland Conference All-Tournament Goalkeeper
• NPSL/PDL experience with Vermont Voltage, Electric City Shock, and FC Wichita
• MASL1 experience with Wichita B-52s, Cedar Rapids Rampage, Kansas City Comets, and St. Louis Ambush
• MASL2 with the Wichita Wings

And yes… Steven and Colin’s bromance existed long before Aero (see slide 6). 😅
