The Oz chapter concluded the 25-26 season on a positive note, hosting a successful potluck and raising $1,015 for Paxton’s Blessing box. This year's charity raffle winners, Zach Wells, Zach Cobble, and Jeanette Santo, received various autographed items as prizes. Moreover, we witnessed history being made when Myles took the all-time single-season sack record. Overall, it was a Sunday to remember. Huge Success for the Oz Chapter Browns Backers Food Drive for Paxton's Blessing Box🧡🤎

Our Oz Chapter absolutely CRUSHED it! Thanks to your donations, we filled up 14 blessing boxes with food — and get this… over half of those boxes started out completely empty. 🙌

Even more meaningful, two of the boxes went straight to people in need who were able to get what they needed immediately. This is exactly why we do what we do.

Thank you to everyone who donated, the Oz Chapter truly rules and continues to make a real difference in our community. 🧡🤎💪

Backers will be meeting at Emerson Biggins Old Town Sunday for the game. Reminder there is no raffle as Josh and Jeanette will both be out of town. But as always will be there in spirit!

🌟 One of Wichita’s best traditions is back – Open Streets ICT! 🌟🚧 This Sunday, September 28 | 12–4 p.m., 2.5 miles of Douglas Avenue will be closed to traffic from Grove to Seneca in the historic Delano District. Instead of cars, the street will be full of:
🚶 People walking, biking & skating (no motorized vehicles)
🍴 Delicious local street food
🎶 Live music, performances & entertainment hubs
🛍️ Vendors & community organizations
🎉 Activities & fun for all ages

✨ Plus – take advantage of FREE transit options! Wichita Transit’s electric bus shuttle will be running to help you easily get around the route.

Since 2017, Open Streets ICT has been bringing our community together to celebrate health, connection, and Wichita’s unique spirit. This year will be no different – and we want YOU there!
