All’s Well Farm (Williston) is seeking a part-time employee. Sadly, we are replacing a long time employee who is relocating to another state. The position requires a minimum commitment of 12 hours per week, with opportunities to work additional hours. Our barn hours are from 7:00-5:00. Full-time employment is not currently available. This is not a riding position but we offer several half-leases at the farm if riding is of interest and if an appropriate match can be made. Our 8-stall facility specializes in hunter and jumper disciplines, but we have several dressage riders and coach numerous eventers so all passions are welcome! We take first class care of the horses and farm. Attention to detail is paramount and expected. Responsibilities include stall cleaning, grooming, turn in and out, bathing, picking paddocks, rebedding stalls, and other farm maintenance. Our work environment is fast-paced outdoor manual labor, and we expect a positive attitude in all weather conditions. (Except in August, when grumbling is tolerated.) If interested please send a PM that includes your experience and availability.

Katie Angis’s Winston and Julia Schack were absolutely fabulous in the $1000 Coquina classic at Foxlea Farm in Venice on Sunday. Sadly, despite a beautiful round, they were 0.677 seconds off of making it to the jump off. 😩😩 Next time, Julia! (edited to add, they did finish fourth!)

All horse shows should be 10 minutes from the beach!

So fun watching Lindsey Williamson and Langston getting to know each other this past week at Fox Lea Farms! After only a few rides, Lindsey piloted the baby dinosaur around and gave him great rides! We truly hope this team can join us again soon! Thank you Amanda for letting this all come together so quickly and Lindsey for doing such a lovely job on Langston!

Nikki Kirk debuted on her young horse, Kanturaldik, at Fox Lea this week and ended up Reserve Champion!! Look at that canter! 💥💥 Can’t wait to see these two moving up the levels.

The look you give the trainer when you are woken up from morning naps, clothes askew, drool stuck to your face, and expected to go jump over sticks.

Huge congratulations to Amanda Mancino for continuing to successfully develop her sweet horse, Langston. They make huge improvements each outing and it has been a true pleasure to see the partnership blossom. Langston is affectionately known as the “Baby Dinosaur” for somewhat obvious reasons. 🦕 I am so excited for the year to come. 🎉🎉

Big shout out to Julia Schack for keeping the horses shiny and spotless at HITS Ocala this winter! Monika (horse) is a big fan of all the love!

What a fun time with the greenies last week! Monika was Reserve Champion in the Baby Greens and Nikki Kirks’s Kanto racked up the blue ribbon rounds in the jumpers. Kanto was unsure of the Jumbotron when he first saw it earlier this winter (sadly, I don’t have a practice Jumbotron at home 🤣) but overcame his concerns after one practice trip and rocked around like a pro! I recently saw a quote along the lines of “Bravery is different than boldness. A brave horse tries again.” That was Kanto- he succeeded and made it look and feel easy! It was so rewarding to see both horses find their confidence and hone their skills at HITS Ocala and Classic Company & Gulf Coast Classic Co this winter!
