We take the Elite 23 out for its initial launch and put it through its paces—hard turns, aggressive runs, and a series of performance checks designed to ensure it meets Monterey's standards. The conditions weren't easy, with rough water providing the perfect environment to evaluate the boat's handling, ride quality, and overall performance.

The result? The Elite 23 exceeded expectations and proved it's ready for whatever the water throws its way.
