NO BUDDY? NO PROBLEM
■ Our highly experienced divemasters and instructors can show you the things 90% of visiting divers miss.
■ After diving Blue Grotto, we can also take you to nearby Devil’s Den. It would be a shame to come this far and not dive these two equally exciting but totally different sites.
■ We can also guide couples, buddies and small groups.

BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU WISH FOR...
For the past several months, we've been hoping for enough rain to end the drought and restore Blue Grotto's water level. Yesterday afternoon, we got exactly what we asked for. The skies opened up, and it poured for more than two hours.
When we checked the water afterward, the Grotto had turned into one giant mud puddle. Not just poor visibility—no visibility.
The last time this happened, Blue Grotto was forced to close for several weeks. Fortunately, this time was different.
The heavy rain also brought a dramatic increase in groundwater flow, flushing out most of the sediment overnight.
Conditions aren't quite back to normal yet, but they're improving rapidly. The good news is that Blue Grotto will be open this weekend after all.

DON’T TAKE CHANCES
Bringing a group of six or more? Don’t assume that an empty pavilion will be available when you arrive — even if you’ve never had a problem before.
■ Pavilion reservations are free
■ You can always cancel later if plans change
■ Reserving ahead guarantees your group has a place to gather, gear up and relax
Why risk it? Call during normal business hours and reserve a pavilion for your next visit.

TAKE IT IN STRIDE
■ Thanks to our floating dock, Blue Grotto is the only site in north-central Florida where students can practice this essential skill year-round — no matter the water level.
■ It’s one of several reasons instructors keep choosing Blue Grotto for open water training, along with our classroom facilities, training pool and on-site accommodations.
If you already teach here, you already know why it works.

WHY BE COLD?
■ Don’t assume that, just because we are in Florida, the water is warm.
■ While 72° F may be room temperature in air, in water it saps heat from your body faster than 40° F air would.
■ Most divers find they need at least a full-length, 5 mm wetsuit to be comfortable.
Why invest the time, money and effort to dive the springs only to be cold and miserable? Remember that if you don’t already own a suitable wetsuit, you can always rent one from us.

NO GEAR? NO PROBLEM.
Traveling light? Forgot something at home? We’ve got you covered.
■ Our full-service rental department has everything you need — including regulators, BCs, wetsuits, dive lights and computers.
■ Planning to dive nearby Devil's Den after you dive Blue Grotto? Use the same rental gear at both locations and avoid paying for equipment rental twice.
Simple. Convenient. Ready when you are.
