Getting older doesn’t mean you should stop lifting weights. It means strength training matters more than ever.
As we age, we naturally begin losing muscle. More than 1 in 4 adults over 65 falls every year.
Strength affects the things we often take for granted such as getting off the floor, carrying groceries, traveling, playing with grandkids, and maintaining your independence.
What you may not know is that a huge part of our HST community is 50–75 years old.
They didn’t start out strong. They didn’t all know their way around a gym. Most hadn’t worked out since highschool.
They started exactly where you are right now.
And now they’re moving better, getting stronger, doing things they never thought they’d be able to do and most importantly - keeping their independence.
You don’t need to get in shape before you start.
You don’t need experience.
And you are not too old.
Start where you are. We’ll build from there.
Train for the life you want to keep living.
