When it comes to our older upper level athletes, we find that collaboration and communication at this stage is extremely important to make sure that they are able to feel comfortable and safe performing these bigger skills.

That also comes with jokes, chaos, and lots of emotional and mental support while pushing them to be the best version of themselves.

Keeping their practices fun and allowing them to make a lot of decisions about their performance helps keep them engaged and also builds confidence in owning their gymnastics!
