Assistant + Apprentice Opening! 💋

The time is here✨

As my brand is growing, I’m looking for 2 candidates to join my team as an assistant + apprentice permanent makeup artist.

This isn’t your typical apprenticeship. Over the next 9 months you’ll work directly with me gaining hands on expierence, while also learning everything BTS in building and marketing a successful brand.

The goal with this opening is to create a thriving, confident, well-rounded permanent makeup artist. At the same time, you’ll help support my growing business while becoming a valued part of the Josie Ink team. Im looking for someone who wants more than a certificate, or a side hustle. I’m looking for someone who wants a sustainable career. Someone who understands that mastering this industry takes time, consistency, and a commitment to never stop learning and expanding. If your goal is simply to gain experience and leave as soon as possible, this opportunity probably isn’t the best fit, and thats okay.

This position is a commitment for the both of us, and choosing the right person is something i take incredibly serious. I’ll be investing hours of my time into teaching, mentoring, supporting and sharing everything I’ve learned over the last 10 years.

Because of that, I’m looking for someone who is dependable, driven, hardworking, coachable, passionate and excited to be challenged. Experience isn’t my biggest priority and is not necessary, but character is. I’d much rather mentor someone who is hungry to learn, takes initivae, welcomes feedback, and shows up every day ready to improve rather than someone with years of experience but little passion.
