Hey softball players, it’s never too soon to plan ahead. Get your physical complete this summer and it will be valid when softball season comes around. Remember ALL STUDENT-ATHLETES! will need a physical in order to try out! 🩺🥎💙💪🏻

It's that time of the year. Students are out for the summer and enjoying their time off. They may even be getting ready for the next season of sports.

Saturday, July 18th, Humboldt General Hospital will be giving out free sports physicals to student athletes, no appointment needed. HGH providers will conduct the physicals; a parent or guardian must be present.

Physicals will be from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm, enter through the HGH main entrance, if you get confused look for the signs.

Need a pick me up while you wait? The HGH coffee cart will be open while you wait.

We hope to see you and your athletes there!
