Day 3 of Graduation Week was a Blast!
Some of our advanced belts really showed us what it means to be a leader and gave it all. New belts were earned, and final stripes were received, pushing them toward readiness for their next belt in September. Great job tonight!

Day 2 of Graduation Week!
Our intermediate belts really showed up tonight and showed us what martial arts is all about. Focus, hard work, and having fun even if you get stuck and need a little reminder on the next move. You all did wonderfully tonight. Congratulations on the new stripes or belts!

Last Friday’s Kickin’ With Moms class was an incredible success as we celebrated Mother’s Day and all the amazing things moms do. Moms and kids trained side‑by‑side, cheered each other on, and wrapped up the night by breaking their own boards and taking them home as a symbol of confidence and strength.
Over the past few weeks, our students have also been adding to our Mom Appreciation Paper Flower Garden, writing messages on their flowers about how “My mom helps me grow…” The wall is now overflowing with beautiful, heartfelt notes, and it made the perfect backdrop for our group photo. We will make sure to post a final update on our garden at the end of the month. 💕
Thank you to all the wonderful families who joined us and helped make this Mother’s Day celebration so special. We love watching this community grow stronger together. More family events are on the way.

We already held our info meeting, but there’s still time to get involved.

As the warmer weather settles in, classes have been a bit lighter, but it’s been really nice seeing everyone use that extra daylight energy to move, focus, and reset.
Whether you’ve been training steadily or stopping in when you can, we appreciate the intention and effort you bring each time you step on the mat.
We hope you’re all getting a chance to enjoy the sunshine and take care of yourselves as the season shifts. ☀️

A quick confidence tip we use in class: Praise effort, not perfection.
Kids grow so much faster when they feel safe trying new things and making mistakes along the way.
It’s one of the biggest ways we build real confidence on the mat, showing students that progress comes from trying, practicing, and showing up for themselves.

Progress doesn’t happen overnight.
It happens one class, one drill, one small win at a time.
Graduation Week wrapped up an incredible chapter, and now we’re stepping into a brand‑new cycle with fresh material, new challenges, and a whole lot of growth ahead.
Everyone is starting something new together, and that energy is powerful. Proud of every student who shows up, pushes themselves, and keeps moving forward. Let’s make this cycle our strongest yet.
