Morning magic at Ateaze, served hot.

I spent the early hours doing fitness assessments and blood pressure checks with our crew — steady numbers, strong effort, and plenty of laughs.

And listen
 our wellness attendant showed OUT. The man is officially, undeniably, unapologetically the King of the Pull-Ups. When you can float up that bar like gravity is optional, the crown chooses you.

Now I’m rolling over to CCBC to teach senior water aerobics — ready for splashes, smiles, and that Monday momentum.

My cabbage is basically running a rabbit cafĂ© this summer. They stay nibbling the big, tender bottom leaves like I grew them on purpose. While I’m still waiting for the heads to form, we’re harvesting those outer leaves, too — and thankfully, the bunnies didn’t wipe me out. I am grateful for what’s growing and what’s left for me.
