6:30 PM — No-Gi BJJ with Frank

For No-Gi, I’m going over some of what I picked up at a recent seminar with Roberto Jimenez, a 2023 IBJJF No-Gi Absolute World Champion, 2022 ADCC South American Trials champion, and Polaris Middleweight GP champion.

We’ll work through those concepts and, if time allows, start getting into passing butterfly guard.
