Looking for a fun and active summer activity for your kids? 🎶💃

Join us for Zumba® Kids! A high-energy dance fitness class designed just for kids to move, groove, and have a blast! Kids will learn easy-to-follow routines set to fun, kid-friendly music from around the world—no experience needed!

This class helps build coordination, balance, confidence, and teamwork while encouraging creativity and a love for staying active. All levels welcome, and special accommodations are supported.

Dates: Saturdays, July 18 – August 1
Time: 10:00 – 11:00 AM

Cost: $15 (resident) | $17 (non-resident)

It's not too late to join Maisha McAllister for Chair Yoga and Pilates this month & the cost will be pro-rated for the days you can attend. The remaining dates are Mondays, 6/15, 6/22, and 6/29. Otherwise, sign up for the JULY sessions of either Chair Yoga, Fitness Over 50, or Pilates!

Our first Paint Class with our talented instructor, Janeen with .biz, was a great success! Participants enjoyed a relaxing evening with friends and family while creating a beautiful sunset scene over the water, complete with pelicans perched on posts.

Summer Playground is almost here ☀️

Our staff & CIT’s spent time this week, training, teambuilding, and preparing for an amazing summer ahead. We are so excited to welcome our campers next week and create a summer filled with fun, friendships, laughter & memories!

Join us at Loman Park Pavilion this Friday for Storytime in the Park! 📚🌳

Enjoy a fun and engaging storytime with Miss Trish from Martin Library—perfect for kids ages 1–5, though older siblings are welcome to join in the fun too! This monthly event will be held on the second Friday of each month at a different park location, so there’s always a new place to explore. After storytime, stick around and enjoy the park!

The York Area Recreation Directors - YARD partnered with the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission to host the “Take Me Fishing” event today where 200 kiddos and their families came out to learn how to fish! 🎣 What an awesome event - thanks to everyone involved for putting this on!

What an impactful afternoon at Happy Trails Rededication Celebration @ Westgate Park with our friends at Normandie Ridge Senior Living Community. Today we did a ribbon cutting to rededicate the park, unveiling the refreshed walking path markers and new way-finding/educational signage.

It sure was a celebration filled with community spirit and outdoor fun, including live music by the Creekside Trio, Sarah’s Creamery, face painting, & a butterfly release! Thank you to all who made this event possible and for those who joined us!
